StrictlySpankingPhilly is a social group for spanking enthusiasts in the Philadelphia area.  Our mission is to create a safe, playful, fun environment for spankos of all ages, both newbies and seasoned alike.

We will hold parties and "Special Events" throughout the year in a pleasant safe location that can accomodate up to 100 people.
